More than your conventional BBQ, our dishes are cooked on our custom-made fire cages, either in or over the embers, and all bread is baked in our woodfired ovens. We are set up for remote location catering, so that dream of celebrating on a beach or by a lake is one step closer, we do not require electric hookups or noisy diesel generators.

We will design bespoke menus for each event around your tastes, guests, dietary needs, and costs. we use local seasonal ingredients and do not complicate things with too many flavours. We can offer canapes, and plated service for up to 20 people, however, our cooking style favours buffets, and large sharing platters on the tables which will cater to many more.
