Free State Kitchen is an American inspired restaurant established in 2013 and offers a range of classic dishes from Burgers to Hot dogs, Buffalo Chicken Wings, Chilli Cheese Fries, Maryland Crab cakes, Vegan Market Burgers and more plus our event specials such as our Back Yard BBQ Pulled Pork Sammies.

We can provide hot and cold food for your event and will happily create a menu to suit your needs! We have worked for Red Bull, The University of Liverpool and have held residencies at The Baltic Market and ran stalls at Liverpool Food and Drink Festival on many occasions.

Our new concept Le Petit Marche offers Parisian inspired street food such as Crispy Brie Bites, Steak Baguette with Cafe De Paris Mayo, Croque Madame Frites and Confit Duck Frites amongst other delights.

All of our food is made in house, from fresh, locally sourced ingredients and put together with the up most care.
