With over 12 years of personal experience catering for Weddings & Events in Sussex, Surrey, London & the South East (and occasionally further afield), we've delivered a range of events from 10 to 600 guests, from Canape Receptions to Bowl Food, BBQ's & Three Course Dining, we aim to exceed our clients expectations every time.

As successful event managers, we've run events across the South East in venues including stately homes & private mansions, listed buildings & historical monuments, purpose built wedding venues, rustic barns, converted churches, fields in the middle of nowhere and even a farm in Glastonbury!

Planning an event no matter how big or small can be stressful & confusing. At Fresh, our aim is to take away as much of that stress & pressure as you'd like us to, leaving you to enjoy your event. With the wealth of experience & contacts we have, we'll guide you through the process in a calm & efficient manner.

Where possible, we use local produce & suppliers from Sussex & Surrey, all ethically & sustainably sourced. This means we source & deliver exceptional quality food, as Fresh as it can be, right from our doorstep.

We understand that every client is individual, and for that reason we approach every event with as much flexibility as possible. As well as receiving your perfected chosen menu, you'll receive your own dedicated event manager / planner, all waiting, bar, front of house & back of house staff, crockery, cutlery, linen, glasses and, well, pretty much everything you could possibly need!
