From the Ashes pop-up pizzeria serves traditional Neopolitan style pizzas, direct from our mobile wood fired oven - the way a proper pizza should be! Our artisan pizza dough and sauce are authentically prepared using traditional recipes. Our pizza toppings are fresh and locally sourced wherever possible.
Our mouth watering wood fired pizzas are the ideal food for your wedding, party, corporate function or any other type of knees-up! We bring drama and excitement to any event with fire, dough tossing and great pizza cooked in under 90 seconds!
We also provide quality food at markets, events, and festivals across East Anglia.

Excellent service and tasty pizza!
From the ashes were absolutely fantastic for my outdoor wedding a few days ago. Abby was a delight to talk to via email and quick to meet our needs for our special day. They turned up on time, set up quickly and dished out the most amazing tasting pizzas (I wish I had more!) All of our guests complimented them. Thank you so much for making our day great!
