About Fudeboy Kitchen

Fudeboy Kitchen is the product of a combined passion for food by Greg and Tash. Greg (Aus) and Tash (UK) started their life together in Melbourne 2017 where they quickly both realised their shared love and passion for food, they stayed in Melbourne for a few years and shortly after Greg finished his Food Science Diploma they moved their life to Somerset, UK in 2020.

Greg and Tash are both plant based, this led them to become increasingly creative and inventive in the kitchen, developing innovative recipes that were inspired by their favourite cuisines from all over the world. Often they would be asked to cook for family events especially if there were intolerances or allergens to cater for, they quickly realised they had a knack for cooking around certain ingredients so everybody, no matter their diet, could enjoy tasty food.

They made the plunge from home cooking to street trading in the early months of 2023, starting out a small local weekly farmers market. They quickly moved up to doing markets in Brisol city, longer and more private events, as well as doing the monthly Frome Independent Market. Their signature dish is their "Oki", based on the Japanese savoury pancake, Okonomiyaki, this proved to be a hit, especially as it packed a "flavour explosion" whilst being Vegan, GF and free of all 12 major allergens. They have since extended their menu which includes satisfying pub food such as loaded fries and spring rolls and more healthier lighter options like salads and Vegan BLTs. These menu items are easily added and omitted depending on the client and environment, Fudeboy Kitchen is looking forward to adding many more optional items in the future and is always happy to cater to the client's requests.

Fudeboy Kitchen has since grown out of the weekly farmers market and now focuses larger markets and filling their months with festivals and private events. They are always happy to chat to new potential clients or event organisers.
