Having trained & served at various AA Rosette & top Michelin Star London restaurants, Chef Euten is also a food consultant & writer, made television appearances & is regularly invited to present at food festivals, events & cookery shows.

Our specialty is ‘fusion cuisine’, which is derived from a melting pot of cultures and cuisines utilizing a mixture of spices from the Caribbean, blended with modern British, classical French and Mediterranean foods.
