I learned to cook authentic Indian dishes during lockdown via a retired Indian curry chef, he passed on his skill and expertise.
We had a shared interest in cooking, and a passion for decent tasting curry.
I've tasted all these dishes and so now want to share them with you to enjoy yourself, I boast a five star hygiene rating and five star reviews.
