Our 24 hour proofed dough is hand made, hand stretched and made to order.

We have had the huge benefit of being taught our trade by Antonio Garcia , world champion pizza maker.

Our neopolitan pizzas are made with fresh simple but quality ingredients to give you the true neopolitan flavours.

What makes us different from other suppliers?

Firstly our bespoke . handmade trailer , designed and made to a high spec by ourselves.

Secondly we are licensed and able to supply you not only with top quality pizzas but draught Italian beers, a range of wines and prosecco. Bar and Pizza in one! However if you do require a full bar service we have our sister company The Best Bar None with a range of different syles of bar.

We can supply gluten free, vegan along side our normal menu.

We can supply buffet style or to order depending on your requirements.

The trailer is booked 5 months of the year wednesday- sundays at our local tourist attraction so during the summer our availability is limited.
