Our 24 hour proofed dough is hand made, hand stretched and made to order.
We have had the huge benefit of being taught our trade by Antonio Garcia , world champion pizza maker.
Our neopolitan pizzas are made with fresh simple but quality ingredients to give you the true neopolitan flavours.
What makes us different from other suppliers?
Firstly our bespoke . handmade trailer , designed and made to a high spec by ourselves.
Secondly we are licensed and able to supply you not only with top quality pizzas but draught Italian beers, a range of wines and prosecco. Bar and Pizza in one! However if you do require a full bar service we have our sister company The Best Bar None with a range of different syles of bar.
We can supply gluten free, vegan along side our normal menu.
We can supply buffet style or to order depending on your requirements.
Typical Clients
The trailer is booked 5 months of the year wednesday- sundays at our local tourist attraction so during the summer our availability is limited.

Delicious
Was originally going with another company but Debbie from GGs was so friendly and informative so we switched and was not disappointed. Arrived on time and served an array of delicious fresh pizzas. Guests loved them

GG's Dough and Beer were perfect for our needs. They arrived in good time to set up and were happy to cater for our needs. They suggested doing a buffet style serving of the pizzas which worked brilliantly and they just kept on bringing the pizzas until everyone was stuffed. Their catering van is beautiful and spotless. I would certainly recommend this catering company.
Brilliant company with delicious pizzas
GG's provided an excellent service at our event in Hertfordshire. They were brilliant with staying in touch before the event and arrived promptly to set up their truck. The menu was varied and the set up looked great. The pizzas were delicious and there were lots of happy customers. I would highly recommend the company.
