Griff’s Big Ribs BBQ

We have a small menu that we provide for events which include bbq smoked pulled pork bun and pulled chicken bun, bbq pork ribs, and nachos with a choice of pulled pork or chicken fillings. All are served with our own Carolina sauce and slaw.

We can also offer private catering. Here you can spoil your guests with your own bespoke menu. Texas Style brisket and turkey smoked pulled pork and chicken, bbq ribs, and smoked pork loin. We have side dishes too, street corn, mac n cheese, bbq pit beans, and green beans. These are all served hot buffet style. If you require service we can offer that too.
