Hahahopscotch’s freckly, dishevelled and forgivably nostalgic approach to play is perfect for parties, weddings, fetes and festivals!
Our Traditional Games include sack races, hoop rolling, tug of war, hopscotch, egg and spoon, quoits – all the favourites – and promise to make your event an unforgettable hit.
Or you might prefer our Giggly & Greenfingered session (seeds, shoots, dirt – what’s not to like?!), where everyone enjoy their own gardening project with something green to take home afterwards.
Our sessions were originally designed for children, but have become a hit with grown-ups too – who doesn’t love a nostalgic giggle?!

Prices vary on detail but are around:
– £180 for 45 minutes (a flurry of fun and loveliness as the focus of your party)
– £220 for 1 hour (a gorgeous burst of jollity to remember)
– £360 for 1 ½ hours (all your party entertainment sorted)
– £400 for 2 hours (we keep guests amused even during teatime).
Materials are included, with stickers and balloons for every guest.
We’re additionally able to offer our gorgeous homemade bunting for decoration.
We are based in London so play mainly in the South East, but we're always happy to dust down our rollerskates and travel further afield!

Hahahopscotch was started by me, Linden Groves, as a way of channelling my passion for history and play! I’m a garden historian, and simply love bringing the past to life. It’s about being proud to take the sack races, marbles, conkers and chalkdust of yesterday’s playtimes and give them a cheeky relevance for modern children.

My typical clients are families, National Trust, festival organisers - all welcome!
