Happy Maki makes giant vegan sushi burritos, bursting with fusion fillings. Rolled to order in front of your eyes, add ginger and wasabi to your “Hoisin Duck”, “Thai Sweet Potato”, “Fully Loaded” or, “Avocado Kiss”. The combination of sushi, rice, and seaweed alongside fresh ingredients like sweet potato, avocado, "crispy chicken" and homemade teriyaki sauce create the perfect summer’s meal.
