Harpers Craft Beer Box

We are “Harper’s Craft Beer Box”, a trailer bar offering Craft Beer from many different small craft brewers from around the UK.
Sourcing new and exciting brews that are not commonly seen in pubs, bars and restaurants.

We are Martin & Sarah, a Husband & Wife business from Staffordshire.
Our dream was to set up and run a business together and last year this came true and Harper’s Craft Beers Box was born.

We’ve lovingly renovated a horse box, creating a trailer bar, that is unique and different to other providers, with a striking look that we believe would give any event the wow factor.

Our aim is to offer a bespoke service, to ensure our clients get a personal experience, specific to their event.
We can tailor what we offer to your exact requirements or you can let us do the hard work for you.
In addition to craft beer we offer various other alcoholic, non alcoholic and soft drinks, talk to us and let us help make your event extra special.

We have a few options depending on how you would like to run your event.

- Pay-as-you-go bar - Guests pay for their drinks.
- Free drinks - You pay for the guests drinks.
-Alternatively anything in between.

Minimum spend & deposits:

We require a minimum spend of £15 per guest for cash bars. But to secure the event date we only require a deposit of £7 per guest for our service.
The deposit is fully refundable if the minimum spend is met. If the £15 per guest minimum spend is not met then all or part of the deposit is used to cover the difference. The remaining balance will then be refunded.

Example:
30 guests x £7 each = £210 refundable deposit
Minimum spend requirement = £450

Minimum spend achieved:

Money taken on the bar = £600

Deposit amount refunded = £210

Minimum spend not achieved:
Money taken on the bar = £300

Deposit amount refunded = £60 (£150 of deposit retained to meet minimum spend)

We’re really flexible and always conscious of budget and you having complete control.
