About High Steaks
High Steaks use the very best local ingredients alongside years of travel and research to create perfect steak sandwiches and much more besides.
All of the beef we use in our steak sandwiches is sourced from local, naturally fed, free range, native breed herds. We only ever use our favourite cuts (rib eye or featherblade) which we cut into wafer thin “philly style” layers for a seriously quick cooking, easy eating, melt in the mouth experience. All of our steak sandwiches are cooked in front of your eyes and served with our super-vibrant signature chimichurri.
We also like to serve our chimichurri in less expected settings with everything from lobster tails to pimped up cheese toasties and some very serious loaded fries, so if steak sandwiches aren't your thing, we’ve got you covered!
All of our food is undeniably well paired with a top notch craft beer, so it’s no surprise you’ll usually find us popping up at some of the Countries best craft breweries.
