Hillside Cheese

We sell original, unique grilled cheese sandwiches. Our toasties are loaded with flavour and high quality ingredients. We take care to purchase from local suppliers, and we only buy cheese from dairy farms with high animal welfare standards. All of our toasties are made with organic sourdough, giving them a lovely crispness and deep flavour. We have mostly been trading at London markets, but have also catered for some small events.
We require no equipment or power supply as we run off gas.
