Good service although the PA system was very confusing and hard work to set up and when it was being used kept cutting in and out which isn’t helpful during speeches.

The only reason this didn’t get 5 out of 5 was the fact that there’s been some miscommunication regarding the delivery time; the equipment came early afternoon, when expected at 6pm and my daughter for whom this was supposed to be a surprise, was still at home. Other than that it was perfect. I went for the Silver Package. Booking was easy, communication great and Adrian very helpful in setting it all up & giving us instructions. The equipment is very easy to use with a large choice of songs. There wasn’t a single song we wanted that wasn’t available. We also ordered extra lighting, which was fab in a gazebo and added extra ambience.
