Our mission is to attract customers who want to organise private parties as an economical way of feeding large numbers of guests quickly. Using our own unique trailer based spit roasting machine we cook a raw pig on site in four hours to create delicious succulent meat covered in the best crackling possible. We serve the pig either in bread rolls with stuffing and apple sauce, mustard.
