We can cater to any venue with or without a kitchen. We bring our own catering tent for cooking and catering equipment, we provide tables for the buffet, rustic display items and serving equipment – that is all part of the price.

We usually serve inside the marquee or venue. At Hog Roast of Gloucestershire we use local suppliers with high-quality fresh produce allowing us to pride ourselves on fresh tasty rustic food; we pick up the bread from the bakery on the morning for extra freshness; nearly everything is freshly prepared; and the final preparation being done on-site and food cooked in front of the guests where possible.

All our main food options are served on our unique rustic display allowing your guests to come up and have a variety of choice and have the meal they want.
Our tasty local hogs are cooked in a confit oven; this cooks the pig very slowly and allows it to absorb all the juices making the meat moist succulent and full of flavour as well as the perfect crisp crackling.

The Gloucestershire hog roast is served in a buffet style with our unique rustic interactive display, using wooden planks, Kiner jars filled with delicious chutneys and sauces, wooden boards and all labels with chalk signs to your guests can create a meal they want. We bring our own gazebos, tables and equipment to freshly cook and serve the food. As mobile event caterers, we do not require a kitchen and can cater in the middle of a field.

A whole or half Gloucestershire hog freshly cooked in our confit tray served with crackling, apple sauce, chutneys and sauces, homemade apple stuffing and freshly baked bread rolls. Please choose your side salads and side potato dishes from the list below to complement your feast.

The meat is served onto the plate and guests are able to add their chutneys, crackling, stuffing and fresh bread. We recommend adding salad and potato options to this package to make it a suitable main course.
