We love cooking classical and modern fresh pasta dishes, also enjoy Thai food and classical French and English cookery.
We try and liaise with the client as much as possible, spend plenty of time understanding the clients tastes, age group of their guests, dietary requirements and then come up with a few ideas until the menu is settled upon.
For me the best part of the job is meeting new and interesting people and bringing their foodie ideas to life for them, going from discussed idea to paid invoice can sometimes be a journey but its great fun.
I was inspired to work for myself through other chefs who have become household names, having worked with several high profile chefs, I found it a natural progression from working as an employee to self employment.
Choose us because our prices are for real food not frozen, we use local farms and butchers and we take pride in our work with the customer satisfaction first and foremost.

we supply food and catering services for everyone from private households, corporate events film and television shoots, we also offer a range of buffet and function catering for wakes, funerals, vegetarian and vegans and traditional party and event functions.

Great food, staff & service
They cooked chicken & vegetable curry with rice for 150 people at my wedding reception. The staff were incredibly friendly and food was served exactly on the time requested. Everyone said how nice the food tasted and there was enough left over if some people wanted more. Portion sizes were very substantial, so everyone was content after eating. Would highly recommend, especially if you are having a larger event & the cost was by far the best around after receiving lots of quotes. Thank you Home Cuisine.
Very professional and helpful
We had a charity fundraising music event to which HCC provided a very good BBQ which received lots of praise about the quality and choice of food that was made available. My point of contact was Karl and he was very friendly and helpful in all of my dealings with him and more importantly reliable. I would certainly recommend Home Cuisine Catering to anyone looking at what they can do to support your event.
