Hops In A Box is a new venture! After 35 years in the corporate world was ended due to the Covid pandemic, a new world of opportunity opened - the world of Craft Beer!
The bar is a converted Sinclair horse box, fitted out to the highest standard, including two beer taps, gas and cooling system, and under counter fridge. The beer we serve is high quality, fresh craft beer supplied by local breweries in Berkshire - no fizzy watery lager to be found here!
Whilst craft beer is the primary focus, we also serve wines, fizz, spirits and soft drinks - we can tailor a package to suit your needs. So be it a wedding, a garden party or summer festival, make Hops In A Box your go-to, friendly bar hire people!
By the way folks, our bar is a horsebox, so we can only set up outdoors (unless your indoor venue has large access doors). We need vehicle access to tow the bar in position, so we cannot offer our services at indoor venues such as village halls.
Typical Clients
We provide full bar hire services for festivals, private parties, weddings or corporate events. Dry hire is also available if required.

Fantastic service, communication and BEER!
We hired Hops in a Box at short notice for our Wedding day after previous supplier let us down. Richard’s fast and enthusiastic communication gave us every confidence in him. On the day, Hops in a Box was set up bang on time and him and his daughter provided lovely friendly service to everyone. Local beers as well as the odd jäger bomb later in the night, they catered for all guests. We would highly recommend. Thank you so much!
Excellant bar and service
Hired Hops in a box for a funeral wake. Richard was very efficient and dealt with all paperwork required and they arrived and set up with plenty of time to spare. Their service was fantastic and they had all the drinks that everyone wanted, the draught beers and lagers were ice cold and went down very well. Would definitely hire Hops in a box again, hopefully for a more happier event. They handed out a few business cards so quite a few guest were impressed as well. A five star service.
