We are a family run business, traditionally selling hot dogs in Ipswich and Colchester. Established in 1989. We pride ourselves on our high standards, excellent service and customer satisfaction. We apply these principles to our day to day trade in the Colchester and Ipswich town centres as well as when providing your wedding catering, corporate events, catering at parties or other events and festivals.

What do we provide?

• Provision of one of our Iconic Victorian Style Barrows.
• Fully trained staff, dressed in Hot Sausage Company uniform.
• The provision of large hot dogs, which will include a selection from our special range. Examples of our specials include Caribbean, Cumberland, Cajun as well as our traditional hot dogs. Hot dogs will be served in our freshly baked bread rolls with cheese and onions with which your guests can choose from a range of branded sauces.
• We can supply vegetarian hot dogs and gluten-free products
• A 10% deposit is required on booking with full payment due 14 days prior to your wedding or celebration.
• We are a Victorian style hand cart 9ft by 6 ft. We do not need any electrical supply and it would take us about 15 minutes to set up and a further 30 minutes from firing up to having the first sausage’s ready for your agreed start time.
• We have all the relevant public liability insurance; all our food handlers have the necessary food hygiene certificates.
• We are rated 5* from the local authority for hygiene standards.
• The same standards as we provide serving our hot dogs in Ipswich and Colchester High Streets
