Fantastic and delivered at short notice
I'm very happy with the service provided by hot tub hire Sussex and at such short notice everyone had a fantastic time I cannot fault them at all and would highly recommend
Extremely disappointing experience, very poor
We booked the hot tub for my daughter’s birthday party. The hot tub arrived five hours late and it never heated up to the right temperature - multiple phone calls and a replacement ‘pod’ on the morning of the party and it still didn’t hear up. After a couple of hours the pump broke and there were no bubbles either. The party was a shambles and my daughter very upset. The company set two times to pick up the faulty hot tub after the party and just didn’t turn up for either of them, with no communication. No-one takes or returns calls or emails. I have been promised a full refund but have not even had the £100 deposit refunded (as per the contract Ts&Cs). I have contacted Citizen’s Advice and Trading Standards to take forward.
Excellent service from start to finish.
This was arranged at very short notice but they delivered an excellent hot tub at a competitive price. The service was great with very polite delivery guys who arrived as scheduled, set the hot tub up in minutes and collected at the promised time. All in all an excellent service and product. Would definitely recommend.
