Umami - we're fascinated by japanese food and the search for the fifth flavour, umami, it literally means 'satisfying like meat'. from sausages served with seaweed to our dashi cheese sauce, our food reflects this.

Our Van - Yota our toyota dyna, is based on the 'kei' food trucks we came across in japan. he's also a rolling orange cube of art, painted by the very talented people at seventh circle artworks and aesthetics.

We're regular traders at Digbeth Dining Club events and have experience at outdoor events big and small, from private parties to festivals at stately homes.
