About How to cook good food

I'm a private chef and supper club host offering bespoke events throughout Surrey and London. I work with local food and wine producers on pop up events. I also host regular monthly seasonal supper clubs at my home in Epsom and pop up supper clubs at The Gin Kitchen and Waitrose in Dorking as well as for private clients. I like to use seasonal produce and ingredients that reflect the British growing season. I also provide my own delicious sourdough country loaves and my ever popular flavoured focaccia as part of my service. I also teach a monthly sourdough bread demo followed by lunch to inspire a love of sourdough bread.
