It is a real privilege to be in the position of making people happy through our passion of photography. Together we make the ideal photography team, we have a unique style and approach that combines a methodical and technical eye for detail and composition, with the emotional awareness, flair and artistry needed to really capture those natural, real and honest moments.
Weddings:
Our approach is simple, we want to create images that reflect who you are. We compose stylish images that capture timeless moments, pictures that tell a story, an unobtrusive documentation that re-tells the story of your day as it unfolds and can be reflected upon years after the event as if it were yesterday. Our documentary style of photography means that we encapsulate the atmosphere, excitement and true emotions experienced by you and your guests throughout the day. We offer a variety of both set and bespoke wedding packages tailored to meet your specific needs.
Portrait:
Our lifestyle and portrait photography sessions are tailored to meet your particular needs and are designed with flexibility in mind. Whether you are an individual, a couple, a pregnant couple, a family or even a family with pets, we are able to offer bespoke packages moulded to your requirements. The key to a fantastic portrait session is having fun and feeling relaxed in your environment. We are not clock-watchers and will not rush one of our portrait shoots, this is your time, the session finishes when we all agree that we have captured everything we set out to achieve.
Events:
No event is too large or too small. Your event could be held within a Community setting, as a Group Performance, Fashion Show or School Prom. Pretty much anything at all, however, one thing remains consistent, our style and approach to shooting. We will capture the fun and natural moments that make your event memorable. There is no set format for an event, so it’s better to create a bespoke package specific to your needs.

Unbelievable
What can I say? There is too much. If you want mainly natural, candid photos using the natural light mixed with incredible staged shots, this is honestly your go to couple. They are professional, friendly, supportive and flexible. They are hard working and go to almost anything length to make sure the right shot is got and you’re happy. Hired for our wedding photos, we postponed and postponed (thanks covid!) but we were desperate not to change vendors - thankfully we didn’t have too! Lee and Jane even put a photo slideshow together for us with background music which is simply stunning. Absolutely no regrets and incredible value for money. We love you both! X

Lee and Jane are two of the nicest people you could hope to meet. We knew from our first meeting that we’d love them to capture our special day. They’re warm, friendly and it felt like we’d known them both for years. We had to rearrange due to covid and plans were constantly changing, but they made everything so easy and were so understanding. On the day, everyone commented on how lovely they both were, how they fit right in and how they thought they were already friends of ours (feel we’ve made two new friends :) ). They even stayed later than planned (on the day decision) and we’re so grateful. The photographs are beautiful and captured everything so perfectly. We can’t thank or recommend Hurst Impressions enough. They are amazing. Xx
Simply the best!
We couldn't recommend Lee & Jane highly enough. Their work is impeccable, they both make you feel so comfortable and at ease, & they even managed to shoot multiple smiles out of the most challenging guests. The way they captured our day with both posed and candid shots, editing to perfection and then putting together the most gorgeous album created memories that really will last a lifetime. Having two photographers on our wedding day meant we didn't miss any of the getting ready shots as we were a few miles away from each other in the morning and was something we didn’t want to compromise on. The way they work together is seamless. Not only did they act as our photographers, but they pretty much organised the entire day for us too!

Lee and Jane photographed our wedding and they are absolutely amazing! They took time to meet us to discuss the photos, and also meet at the venue to check the lighting and best locations. We were lucky enough to have Lee and Jane photograph our wedding. On first meeting we got a lovely personable feeling from them both and they certainly bought that to our special special too. Lee photographed the men in the morning and Jane the women. I was so touched that they remembered the names of our family members we had discussed prior, it was lovely when they came to join us and spoke to our family by name. Throughout the day they were professional, flexible where needed and gained the perfect shots of our day. We would not have wanted anyone else to have done it for us - Lee and Jane made us feel special and captured the best moments.
