Il forno

Il Forno was born from our love of Sicily and its food. We are a company making authentic Sicilian/Italian food in our Mercedes mounted bushman wood-fired oven.

Our recipes range from Neapolitan thin based pizzas to our Sicilian home-styled lasagnas which are all cooked in the oven. We cater for any event from Manchester pride to personal dining parties.

As for the pizzas, we use authentic Italian sourced ingredients married with an occasional British twist and have based our menu on our background and love of Sicilian food.

Our pizzas range from a basic thin and crispy Neapolitan margarita pizza up to some of our specials such as courgette, Brie and caramelized onion.
We can cater for all needs, including gluten-free and vegetarian. Any pizza recipe you want, we can create it.
