We specialise in Bbq smoked bratwurst to include pork ,veggie ,vegan and halal, beef chilli and veggie loaded nachos we have been involved in Artisan Markets in the Cheshire area for many years and have catered many private parties.

Festivals such as Manchester Jazz, Manchester Food and Drink and Scotland's Wickerman to name but a few .

We can cater for a whole range of food tastes but specialise in exceptional bbq'd food on traditional drums or on a huge German style swing grill as seen at Christmas markets

We work closely with Manchester University and have had 2 restaurants within their buildings , we also work closely with them as a catering support unit on larger scale events throughout the year
