Instant Marquees Ltd has been hiring gazebos and other event products since 2002, starting with the Queen's Golden Jubilee at Buckingham Palace. Instant Marquees Events Ltd was set up in 2020 to concentrate fully on the hiring side of the business.

The company has nearly 300 professional-grade gazebos, so we can cover the largest events as well as individual hire - we regularly service events with more than 150 units for large food festivals, sports events or indeed any event that requires lots of small marquees.

The gazebos can be used on grass or hard surfaces - we have over 23 tons of weights in stock! We offer dry hire and fully managed services, and we can deliver anywhere in the UK.

Unlike most other companies in the field, we can offer gazebos in several colours and also striped canopies if black or white do not suit. We also offer temporary branding solutions on all rental tents for when the gazebos are used in a commercial environment, festivals or food events etc
