Excellent, professional service
I hired the solid 6 person hot tub for four days for a treat for my 50th birthday and it was the start of the summer hols (I’m a teacher). Great email communication from JB, especially Mel. The hot tub is delivered on a Thursday for weekend hire. I knew I wouldn’t be home but Mel and the team were great. I left my back door and garage keys out for them as I wasn’t sure where they would plug it in. When I came home, I was amazed! It was all set up, warming up nicely and they provided a gazebo and bunting for free, which was lovely! The instructions were really easy to follow and we had a great weekend. What a fabulous start to the holiday. I feel very relaxed already! I was out when it was collected but, again, no problems at all! ❤️

JB Event hire provided bell tents for our wedding in August 21, we had a tent for the bridesmaids and I to sleep in the night before and it was soo cute we had matching bedding and little packets of sweets, it was the perfect sleepover. They then turned that tent around into the bridal suite which was amazing, we had a lovely bed and a little hamper basket for midnight snacks it was perfect. They also provided tents for guests to stay in and everyone was really happy. Would 100% recommend. Thanks for helping to make our day perfect, Jess and Jake ,

James and his team are exceptional. Prompt,very courteous and friendly. They run a meticulously clean service which is great value for money I can't fault them .
Great hot tub experience
Hired a hot tub for my granddaughters 13th birthday party. Great service, it was all set up with gazebo and light effects on the tub. My husband was instructed how to use it and the girls all had a fabulous time. Great success. Loved it, would definitely recommend this co.
