Hello, I’m Jennifer Wood, owner and director of Jennifer Wood Weddings and Events, planning luxury weddings and events across the UK.
I first started planning weddings after a 4 year career in finance and banking, where I would often hear brides trying to plan their wedding during their lunch breaks. It was while planning my own wedding that I truly fell in love with wedding planning. I wanted an elegant, romantic day but still wanted the day to reflect who me and my now husband Dan are as a couple (including our love of Disney).
Then just like that a dream was born of wanting to help other couples create their dream day that truly reflects their personality just like ours did.
I am based in the North east of England in Stockton on Tees where I have lived since I was a little girl. Outside of planning weddings I am a simple girl at heart. I love spending time with my family, watching countless Disney movies, and love a period drama.

We offer a number of services from Full Wedding planning, to partial planning all the way to on the day coordination.

Full Wedding Planning; This service is perfect for you if you lack the full time needed to plan a wedding day or if you would like to have someone with you every step of the way.

Partial Wedding Planning: If you have already started planning your dream day you will know just how much time and work goes into planning a wedding. You may have an increase in your commitments or may need support with the rest of your planning.

Whatever support you need, I am here to guide you throughout the process.
We will go through everything you have already planned and work from there.

The final wedding coordination starts around six weeks before your big day
