About Jerk 21

We are JERK 21.

We supply Jerk Chicken cooked on a traditional Jamaican Jerk Drum BBQ. Our recipe is made in house and crushed together by hand with a pestle and mortar. Our chicken will be chilled stored for 24hrs in this seasoning of loveliness.

We also have a made in house JERK 21 Sweet Chilli Sauce. Our recipe has been built from the ground up using quality ingredients even down to the salt. We only use Maldon.

Our services are available for Events, Festivals and Private Hire. We have a 3x3 Weighted Gazebo or should space be an issue we can just bring our banner, our essentials and loadsa Chicken!!!
