Journal Dining offers a variety of fine dining culinary experiences from private dining to intimate weddings. Offering a large range of events ensues we can be flexible to the clients needs. We started off really focusing on a new experience for most, hosting exclusive pop ups with an 8 course taster menu. Alongside the pop ups we provide private dining, whether that be in your home, holiday let or hired venue. Offering restaurant quality fine dining experience in the comfort of your own home.
We also cater for more bespoke events providing canapés and grazing platters to more extravagant themed parties. Changing our menus regularly, keeping things seasonal and never disclosing a detailed menu also means there is an element of surprise and anticipation. We find this keeps the clients interested and intrigued right up to the last course, always providing conversation around each dish.
