My name is Andy and I am the owner and head chef at Junk Soul Smothered. After turning vegan last year, I wanted to use my 6 years of chef experience to create a vibrant and colourful brand, focusing on filthy vegan junk food - including psychedelic bread buns and amazingly filthy vegan burgers.
Over the last few months, I’ve pushed Junk Soul into the next level and invested in the very best equipment for pop-up events across the country. We can pop up just about anywhere that has room for our 3x3 gazebo OR somewhere with a working kitchen.
