In 2019, we were offered a pitch at Kingston Ancient Market where we traded for three years as ‘Kingston Juice Bar.’ We became very popular in the local community by offering something healthy during the pandemic. We started in 2017 and have catered for many corporate clients such as eBay, London Metal Exchange, Accenture, and Nike. We can cater for up to 300 people per day. You have the option of hiring our bamboo tiki bar for indoor use or our horse box juice bar trailer for outdoor events. Additionally, you can hire our smoothie bike.

To ensure your event runs smoothly, please note that we need two hours beforehand to prepare. If your party is very large, please do not come all at once because we make everything to order. It takes longer to make a fresh juice than to serve a coffee. It’s best if we have a group of up to 25 customers at once, followed by a few minutes’ break for us to organize and clean before the next group comes. If 50-100 or more customers come at once, they will have to queue. The only allergen we have is CELERY, so please let us know if anyone in your party is allergic to CELERY, and we will use a separate juicer. Besides that, we don’t use dairy or other common allergens.

Just In Time offers a mobile juice bar with delicious organic juices and smoothies, as well as light vegan snacks like cakes and brownies. We also offer the option of serving a vegan buffet lunch menu. Customers can either hire our bamboo bar for indoor use, which can come with or without the smoothie bike, or our converted vintage-style catering horse box trailer for outdoor use. We can travel anywhere up to 200 miles from London.

We have catered for corporate events, festivals, marathon runs, university events, markets, and well-being fairs.
