Keystone Pizzeria

Keystone Pizzeria is a mobile service offering authentic wood fired pizza.
We are an established family business based near Bridgwater in Somerset, but our custom designed Mercedes van, allows us to travel and offer our services around the country.
Our aim is to offer authentic, artisan wood fired pizzas, made using the finest, locally sourced ingredients and toppings.
Our Mozzarella is sourced from the heart of Somerset, a stone’s throw away from Glastonbury Tor. Sourced from Brue Valley Farms, who have the skills and knowledge to produce the finest quality to make a deliciously creamy product.
Only the best San Marzano tomatoes are used to help create our delicious tomato sauce, which originates from a small town near Naples, Italy, and are grown in volcanic soil in the shadows of Mount Vesuvius.
Our pizzas are cooked in an Italian wood fired oven, following the Neapolitan mastery of cooking the pizza in a 400 degree heat for about 90 seconds to create our perfect pizzas.

Absolutely made the night fantastic pizzasa

Superb pizzas for our twins 18th Birthday party. Absolutely made the night with their superb pizzas. Some very happy teenagers tucking in! Andy and Laura were excellent and I can’t recommend them enough - they will make your event very special

Wow! Amazing food with fantastic service

Laura & Andrew were brilliant throughout and couldn't do enough to make our party weekend special providing antipasta, pizza and puddings which were all delicious! We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Highly Recommended

I would not hesitate in recommending Keystone Pizzeria to any event. From the onset of contact, their communication and professionalism made organising the event stress free. Their custom made vehicle has been produced to the highest standard and adds a touch of class any event. Keystone Pizzeria use local fresh produce and their pizza's are absolutely amazing. So much so that I have been inundated with guests asking for their details! Andy and Laura are so friendly and through their quality of service and the pizza's that they produce it is apparent that they are running a first class business. If you are organising an event, Keystone Pizzeria should be your first choice caterers. Superb in every aspect.
