After 9 years as head chef of a large London catering company, I decided to set up my own smaller company in 2008.
We are now ourselves a well established London catering firm working in many of the top venues and with a great client list but since moving to Sidcup and having kids I decided to try and move our clientele more locally, and we are slowly but steadily doing so.
Our focus is primarily on food. We like to use the best ingredients and treat them with the respect they deserve to create simple, seasonal and delicious food.
We are still a small company so you will be dealing with the same person the whole way through the process from quote to the special day. Be this a wedding or a corporate lunch. It is always reassuring to know the contact you have made will be with you on the day to smooth out any creases and make sure everything you had discussed comes to fruition.
With the confidence of years of experience and a love of good honest food, we would be delighted to help with your event.
Over the years, and having worked a constant variety of events, we have made great contacts in all aspects of events, from loos to balloons and have also hoarded a storage unit full of bits and bobs which can all be used to make your party a roaring success.

We don't like to specialise in any one type of event as it is the variety of events that keeps us interested and excited after all these years.
We put our energy and passion into everything from a drop off buffet to a crazy 40th with bands, canapés and midnight snacks.

Perfect!
After receiving an initial quote, Julie meet with us and we adapted the quote to come up with a mix that was perfect. The food was lovely and the service on the night was fantastic. We got so many comment on how good the food was. We will definitely use Kitchen Secrets for any future events

An amazing experience!
From the initial conversations and consultation with Julie it was clear that we were in very safe and experienced hands. This was our first time using caterers for an event so were not quite sure to expect. Julie and her team were amazing. The quality of food was exceptional, the volumes were just right and the attention to detail very impressive. Every single one of our guests commented on how polite, positive and attentive the team were. And to top it all, our kitchen was left spotless! I would recommend Kitchen Secrets for anyone thinking of using an external catering solution for any occasion.
Amazing food and service!
Julie and Marina at Secret Kitchens were amazing from start to finish. Julie advised me on the menu and was flexible with choices and diet requirements. The food was superb and all my guests were very impressed. The presentation on the day was professional and homely at the same time. The food was healthy, with high quality ingredients and super flavoursome. The service during the day was great, children and parents were supported with last minute requests and queries about food. I was absolutely thrilled with my choice of caterer! Having them onboard meant I could enjoy my party more and spend more time with my guests. Thank you Julie and Marina for making the day special!
