Knead Pizza

At Knead, we bring you our signature slow-proved Neapolitan dough topped with the freshest and finest ingredients around to create banging flavour combinations. Our pizzas are cooked at 450 degrees in less than 90 seconds to create a light and fluffy crust - just like you get in the streets of Napoli! All our dough is made by hand at least 24h in advance to ensure the lightest crust and making it easily digestible.

Knead is the pizza project of husband and wife team, Simon and Olivia. Gifted a pizza oven by their best bud Keevil, this triggered their pursuit of making the best Neapolitan pizza possible. Based in Buckinghamshire, we cater for weddings and private parties with our classic vans; Piaggio Apé (she’s not a tuk-tuk!) and Peugeot J7 (old gal), both with bespoke handbuilt ovens from Italy.

We can cater for most dietary requirements with an exciting and extensive vegan menu and can provide GF options if required. We also offer sharing platters with cured meats, cheese and artisan bread. We do all the important bits such as sourcing our veg locally, and ensuring all our packaging is biodegradable.

Our motto is ‘all you knead is love....and pizza!' and we like to think we bring a healthy serving of both to help make events extra special. We want to play our role in making your event perfect, so you can design your own menu, personalise your pizza boxes and have it served however you wish.
