LA Private Dining

With over 20 years of catering and passion for cooking I started at the early age of 3 when I started learning cooking from my grandmother. I developed my skills as I travelled the world to learn international cuisines going from Bali to Spain to Philippines and Norway among other. I finally moved to England in 2006 and over the years I worked as Head chef and Sous chef at some highly reputable establishments across the UK and Poland including Sheraton Grand Kraków, Wentzl in Kraków, The Hawkley Inn, the Alexander House Hotels group and Ye Olde George Inn Petersfield. I also worked as a private chef for the last four years and have been privileged enough to do over 400 private events during this time including high profile clients from football teams to TV personalities. I love experimenting with my dishes and interacting with customers through the channel of food and my goal is to always deliver a high standard of service and memorable experience.
