Lafayette Chicken

Lafayette Chicken is a brand-new food business based in Hertfordshire. The brand started at the beginning of 2019 and as per the name, we do chicken…but we do it right!

Our homemade sauces include cherry cola BBQ sauce, Japanese BBQ sauce, black treacle jerk sauce, and Satay Sauce. Our chicken is prepared lovingly with a buttermilk marinade and highly spiced flour mix giving a great balance of heat, savouriness and overall deliciousness.

We specialize in outdoor events as well as private events including but not limited to: weddings, parties, corporate events, etc.
