I was really happy with most of the service, order received and fulfilled on the day, with no issues. The only thing I was dissatisfied with, were that the sashes were more orange than gold, so did not meet our expectations as per the picture (image) sent for the booking. Although they were beautifully decorated on the chairs, unfortunately we had to remove them as they did not match the colour scheme. Gold can come in many different shades but it is important for the delivery to meet the expectations of the booking, which unfortunately only the sashes did not. A picture of the actual sashes, rather than a google search pic would have prevented this. The rest of the service was great and efficient, with minimal communication required.

I would definitely recommend this company. Very efficient from the start of my booking until the day of my event. Very impressed.

She was punctual and polite; I accidentally gave her the wrong address she made the necessary adjustments. My order was at the best price I had found, concidering the fact that the event was taking place in just a few days from the booking. I will save her contact for future events.
