A brand new company owned and run by two Chefs with over 35 years of combined experience within the hospitality trade. Having worked in Europe, Asia, The Middle East, Africa and Australasia, owners Glen Padiyar and Dalmaine Blignaut have a broad understanding of the current food trends, consumer needs within the industry and how to deliver customer satisfaction.

We use the best local and international products available to execute the perfect final product which we believe will fill the gap in the current market. Croissants are one of life’s favourite creations and our goal is to showcase just what makes them so special.

While we pride ourselves on our croissants, we are also open to other styles of food and cookery at the request of the client and would be happy to discuss any requests.
