As 2017 drew to a close I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the availability of vegan fast food here in Edinburgh. All I could find were either portobello mushroom burgers or bean patties which simply did not provide the same level of satisfaction as a meat burger or hugely overpriced "gourmet" burger.

I was eating meat for the majority of my live until I first turned vegetarian and later more and more vegan. I have made it my mission to make it as easy as possible for people to embrace a fully plant based diet by providing the tastiest, most meat-like non-meat burgers at an affordable price.

If the vegan life-style is to make a meaningful impact in the world by reducing suffering it must become mainstream and widely adopted and I believe that providing people with a tasty, familiar option to transition and to satisfy their desire for delicious meat-like taste will make it easier for people to make the transition.
