Very professional and helpful
I spoke to them to book a bouncy castle to put in the garden for my sons 8th birthday. He checked the weather and was kind enough to advise that it was forecasted rain. He said he would be happy to take the booking but he did not want me to waste my money. I was amazed.. it’s not just a business their customer service is outstanding. I will be using them in December for an in door party.

We were extremely happy with the service from LB's castles. Communication was great from the start, which made using Addtoevent for the first time very easy. On the day of the party the bouncy castle was delivered and blown up very quickly, the design was as specified with the quote. The kids had a fantastic time, despite abit of rain! I would definitely recommend LB's castles, the price was very reasonable and the service was friendly and efficient. Thank you very much LB's castles.

They arrived on time and set up a bouncy castle and also we booked a face painter who was also amazing. They came from coventry to milton keynes, and when considering this there prices were very competitive. Staff we very helpful and also let us have the castle a little longer so the kids could play. Very impressed and will use them again. thank you
