Lekker Bru

Lekker bru has been over 40 years in the making, started by Damo and launched in 2019 after a lifetime of fun, family, food and endless braai's [bbqs].

Boerewors is a type of sausage popular in South African cuisine. The name is derived from the Afrikaans words boer (‘farmer’) and wors (‘sausage’). A boerie roll is a South African sausage in a hot dog roll - like a hot dog but better.

Our boerewors, sourced locally in Devon, is a mixture of beef & pork plus a special blend of mouthwatering spices.

You can find us on the streets and food markets around the South West UK, flying the South African flag with the unmistakable smell of BOEREWORS on the Braai [BBQ].
