I own a converted horse box van, called Lily.

I am Italian and am passionate about coffee and nice, fresh home made food so that’s what I offer!

For your event I can provide barista coffee and Norwegian waffles made fresh with a waffle iron! My husband is Norwegian so I mastered the recipe! They are different to normal waffles as they are made with cardamom powder and can be filled with either your usual jam or Nutella or else the original recipe is with sour cream and strawberry or, if you’re really adventurous, you can have them with Norwegian cheese with has a similar taste to toffee!
