About Loch, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels

Im an artisan smoker producing award-winning smoked salmon and bacon in London. My products have won at Great Taste since 2017 and traditionally dry cured and smoked by hand.

My cold smoked salmon is hand sliced into a toasted bagel with various fillings including cream cheese, creme fraiche and horseradish and avocado smash. Then I top with homemade pickled cucumbers, caper, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon for a New York deli style, deep filled bagel.

My cold smoked sweet cure crispy bacon is served a in a soft roll with either homemade ketchup or avo smash and pickles.
