About Log Fired BBQ Shack
We provide competition-inspired American Low and Slow BBQ, which we serve street food style, either from our food truck or from a pop-up gazebo.
Currently, we are the only BBQ caterer in the Northeast providing the above, we are definitely not a hog roast setup as there is no comparison whatsoever in the taste or texture of our dishes and we won’t turn up and leave your food covered in cling film on a table for you to sort out we will be there to help serve and chat to your guests the smoker causes a lot of interest with guests and clients
All of our food is slow-smoked, even the humble sausage and we aim to cook as much as possible fresh on the day. The larger joints such as Brisket and Pork take around 15-18 hours depending on size and are finished on site. With that in mind, we usually aim to be on-site around 5 hours before serving to set up and smoke the quick cook items (circa 4 hours).
