We are so impressed with the level of service we received! From initial enquiry to collection of the hot tub, Lee and his team were fantastic. Response was immediate from initial enquiry, clear and concise information was given as well as advice on what hot tub would suit the needs of the party. A full party package was provided with some added extras thrown in. Booking forms and deposit/payment were again efficient and hassle free. Delivery was booked for a time that suited me and again it was efficient and quick. Lee was very informative and thorough with set up and the after care of the hot tub. We were left with an easy read manual and some emergency contacts if we needed them. The hot tub was amazing, We would HIGHLY recommend!
