I specialize in creating 3D sculpted cakes and received 2 Bronze Awards at Cake International Awards 2017, the world's biggest annual cake competition.

In 2018, I was awarded 2 Silver Awards in the Sculpted Cake categories & a Bronze Award in the Small Decorative Exhibit category.

In 2019, I was awarded a Silver Award in the Celebration Cake category and a Certificate of Merit in the Floral Cake Exhibit at ScotHot competition at SECC, Glasgow.
