M R Catering is company run by Tony Manning. He has certificates in Leiths chefs acadamay and City and Guilds. He is very experianced and highly enthusiastic about food.

- We know all events are special that is why we can cater a range of different cuisines, menus and styles. Giving our clients the freedom to choose a menu that will suit them, Tony will personally create a menu if you want to work with seasonality.

- We have the ablity to set up between 1 - 6 food stalls giving your guests choice whilst keeping the que down

- We have catered for large and small events and efficiantly get out large quantaties of food to high standards.

- We are local food britain members meaning we work with local british farmers and source the finest meats and produce from the local area

- We are NCASS members. Membership for following high standards and practices

- We are fully insured with public liabiliaty insurance, we comply with food hygiene standards and allergen standards. We have full risk assesments for Health and saftey, food hygiene and fire.

- All our staff are fully trained in food hygiene and customer service

- We are registered with the local authority and on our last inspection we recieved a 5 star food standards and hygiene rating.
