Mac Daddies

Mac Daddies started life in 2014. Food obsessed couple, Jack and Emma, were intent on starting a venture they believed in, based on their passion for food! Having browsed the internet for catering vehicles, they stumbled across an old converted LDV pilot Diesel. They, along with Emma’s Dad, set about turning this stereotypical burger van into the vehicle it is today. With a new cab, and a fancy paint job, Digby (in homage to its previous owners) can be found around the north of England, dishing up comfort food to hungry punters.

All of our dishes are made fresh to order for best possible quality, we source all of our ingredients from businesses local to ourselves, all in a bid to create the creamiest, tastiest, most indulgent mac and cheese you’ve ever had the joy of eating! We bring fun and flavour to every event, our food creates joy and nostalgia, and our vintage van is a great visual addition to any occasion. We love doing what we do and nothing gives us greater joy then getting out there and feeding the masses.

We are open to catering for all types of events, including corporate, weddings and birthdays.

Every weekend you can find us somewhere different in the UK, we typically trade at street food events, food markets and breweries.
